Default Clicking Sound from Rear Drivers Side when under 20 mph

Hi car experts,

I've had my '96 ES 300 for about six years. I got it at 47K and its about to reach 90K. Its been well maintained, keep it in the garage, regular maintenace (more than I'd like but I want it around for a while).

A few months after my last majot one (timing belt, water pump etc) I noticed a clicking sound from the rear of the drivers side. I thought it was a tire or breaks, but I checked everything out. Dealer said breaks are fine (free inspection) and mechanic check the tires. After removing a copper piece from below the tread and rotating the tires, its still happens.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks.

tell them to take off the back roter and check the shoe....., does it do it in reverse? if not than it is worn out parking brake shoes and it will make a click every revolution of the wheel. either replace the shoes or dont use the parking brake
