My 2005 ES 330 with approx. 109000 miles on it will not start. I was able to jumpstart and drove it for about 45 minutes. However, would not start when I arrived at destination. I have a 84 month battery that is less than 2 years old. While driving to destination inside lights flickered on insturment panel. In addition, the window functions as well as the radio functions caused the lights to flicker. Is this common for an alternator, starter, and or other electrical components.

could be premature failure of the battery...sounds like a battery to me...
also could be an alternator...definitely not a starter.
always start with the cheapest item first...get a new battery under warranty and see if that fixes the issue and go from there

sounds like alternator if you can get it to auto parts store they can check battery for you before u go off and buy one and it can check levels if iTS NOT messed up its most likely ur alternator. but then again did u have any problems while driving ?? like with the car completely stopping ?

I also have 2005 ES330 and facing exactly same issue that Yung has mentioned. I can also hear a wining sound coming out somewhere from the engine. Yung, please let me know that what did you do to fix this problem?

That post is over two years old. Yung is probably long gone. If you hear a whining noise coming from the engine compartment, it could be your alternator going out. You should have a charging warning light on your dash if the battery is not being properly charged. As mentioned, the first place to start is to clean the battery connectors/cables. You can also take it to an auto store where they will load test the system for free and tell you what they think. Its free, so treat it accordingly.

anyone reading this might want to know that it is a good idea to do VOLTAGE DROP TESTING on cables and the grounds before replacing alt. or batt.
