Default Tires for a 04' ES330

Does anyone have a recommendation on replacement tires for a 2004 ES330. Please give me insightful information including mileage on them, whether driven in snow or excessive heat, etc.
Thanks.

There are many options for tires.

What size are you looking for? Do you want a summer tire/all season/winter tire? How much are you looking to spend? Do you want high mileage, handling/grip, comfort, or quietness?

I bought Michelin Primacy MXV4's about a week ago, and could not be happier. They ride very well, are quiet, and handle good on wet and dry pavement. They were kind of expensive, but I have had nothing but good luck from Michelin.

All season prefer. Cincinnati weather has it all, snow and hot. price not an concern. 215/60/16in Bridgestone Potenza's is what I have now - totally the wrong tire for my car - got bad advice from the tire store. Looking to do some research on my own. Been on Tire Rack site, alot of options, but it seems like tires are tailored to particular cars. Great on one car, same tire sucks on another type of car. Looking to see what everyone is putting on that has good luck.

What type of Potenza's do you have on right now? I used to have the Bridgestone Potenza RE960A's (all season) and they were an excellent all season tire; good grip, comfortable, and fairly quiet. Very good tire, although it's a bit on the expensive side.

I also agree with the Michelin Primacy MXV4's. A friend of mine has them and says they're a great all season tire. Again, a bit pricey.

I have the Bridgestone Potenza's and could not be happier. They handle great like a sports car, but are smooth and very quiet. The Michelin's named are also very popular too.

Here's mine:

My father put Coopers on his '03 ES. His opinion is that they're pretty good, but he's not in love with them.

I put Toyo Extenza A/S's on my '01 ES and couldn't be happier. They are fantastic in the snow (3-4 inches of sticky snow and I was able to go up a 35 degree hill no problem), excellent in the rain and great on dry pavement. I would highly recommend them on a 3rd Gen ES and assume they'd be good on a 4th. I also intend to put them on my Seville as soon as the tread gets a little lower.

The Potenzas and MXV4s mentioned are probably hands down the best two tires available for our cars for all weather. I chose the MXV4s and I made the right choice.
