Default Realized why the car handles like crap...

Well I took off the rear wheel to do a test fit of the new wheels and actually took the time to examine a few things. First off, rear rotor is completely rusted out and looks like crap. Then I noticed the rear sway bar is completely peeling and rusting and the bushings are worn. Then the tie rods move very freely so I assume that the bushings are shot. The shocks are still original and are probably on the last miles as well. So.....will be ordering Tein springs along with new KYB shocks, I can probably replace the sway bar bushings but are the tie rod bushing replaceable?
And on a side note, I took off the rotors and saw that there looks to be like a drum style braking system under it and the pads are bald. I never knew there was anything under it. What the heck do i buy to replace those with?

I have a picture if anyone needs a reference. I need a total suspension makeover

the drum is the same as the Corvette's. Pretty much for the parking brake. That is all it works for.
