Default Radio 12v constant - what fuse?

Since I'm trying to fix my radio, does anyone know what fuse would control the 12v constant power lead for the radio to save the presets, etc. I have been randomly pulling fuses but I haven't found it yet.

If it's not a fuse too, would there be an ideal place to tap for the 12v constant power source?

Thx Much! -Mike

Here is the 99 ES audio system diagram from the ARRC website. Maybe it's Radio fuse 1 in the engine compartment fuse box?

it is not a fuse to replace, the amp itself would need to be replaced. I just now need to know a good place to tap a 12v constant power source so i can get my radio all good again.

Also I have a bad whine with the motor when I accelerate through the speakers. Would a resistor help? and if so what and where?
