Fans won't come on (91 es250)

Fans won't come on (91 es250)
So my fans will not turn on. I know there is the relay, and the temp sensor. I will be replacing both. However while searching for the parts I came across a "Fan swtich" Kinda looks like a temp sensor, but the top connector doesn't match up...anyone know where and if this actually is on the car?
