Default Misfire? please help

I'm visiting Seattle and am 300 miles away from my tools and my car isn't running right. Lately it has been getting 22 MPG highway and way less than 18 city. Of course, I take a trip and while getting gas I notice the idle starts loping. I can hear a weird "puff" sound from the exhaust when it hits that cylinder.

A while ago I replaced the plugs, wires and a bad injector. It was some time after that my mileage started to tank. I pulled the front bank of injectors/plugs one by one but didn't find a bad cylinder. And the same for the back, but I couldn't reach all the injectors.

Ignition? I'm just a little worried because I'm out here toolless and alone, and this is not the time to have engine trouble just before I move. I am seriously hoping a plug went bad, or the wire's not making contact or something else simple, because I need to be able to get around, so any suggestions are appreciated.

I could be a bad ignition coil or bad o2 sensor. Is the check engine light on?

What year is your ES300?

One of the front exhaust manifold to downpipe nuts had come loose. I had to use a regular nut, guess thats not good enough. Wierd though, it didnt sound like the noise was coming from the front at all. I pulled every plug and it affected idle. On the way there I got 18mpg, and 23 on the way back, so my mileage increased as the problem got worse. I have a feeling it still sucks.

CEL is off, its a 93, and i replaced the front O2 a while ago, might the rear bank sensor be causing my mileage issue? I also still have issues with cold starts. Ugh, I really don't wanna replace that.
