I understand at one point TRD made a kit for the Camry, dont know what Gen, but for the 2000 or 2001 model. I was told the TRD rear lip kit from the Camry will fit the 3rd Gen Lexus ES300. I got the info from the guys at www.solaraguy.com
The rear lip is sort of what is on the 2010 Corolla S Sport, its two pieces at the bottom of rear bumper.

Back on topic for the OP, as you can tell by the attached pics, folks haven't been leading you astray or wrong on the available, practical mods for the 4th gen ES (2002-2006). The Camry and ES (Windom) have never had much of an aftermarket for modifications, with the 3ES getting the lion's share of what few mods are out there.
Mods - typically "executive look" mods - that that COMPLIMENT the clean simple elegance of the ES design seem to work best.

Either one of these would be better than nothing. As Slooowww stated, not too many body kits or add on lip kits made for the ES or Camry. Also front lips like the one pictured below the TRD Camry would be nice too. The one I currently have is from VIS Racing, which I believe isnt being made anymore, and which I have broke in half and repaired again, see link for pic: http://www.visracing.com/oldcatalog/...e.php?pID=5417
As you can see on my car, the last picture, I have the VIS Racing front lip, your Extreme Dimensions side skirts, just need an add on rear lip to finish out my body kit.
Like Slooowww, also mentioned, sorry to hijack the thread. Its not everyday a body kit maker has listened to our ES needs. Thank you, Extreme Dimensions for listening to us, much appreciated.
