What grit sand paper did you use? the headlight restore kit came with 500grit, 800grit, and 3000 grit. I also went and bourght some 2000grit because it seems like a huge jump from 800grit to 3000grit. Then went through the process.

After sanding i used plastic X, meguiars(deep crystal) polish, then meg. nextech wax.

I'll have to take the lights out then try the process again with rubbing compound. plus there were a couple areas i couldn't get to that i want to go over.

Grown up toys just arrived seconds ago from Summit Racing Autoparts!

Can't wait to install all the new parts:

EBC Crossdrilled/slotted rotors F&R
EBC Red Stuff Ceramic Pads

KYB Strut Mounts
KYB Strut Assembly
KYB Boot and Bumper

All I'm waiting on to come in now are the Tanabe NF210 springs! Yay yah!

It was either 1200 or 1500 grit at the last step and some red colored turtle wax rubbing compound. Didn't use any kinda polish. I can't wait to see your final result, headlights and Suspension. Take plenty of pics for us!

Your car looks really good! Where did you end up buying the springs from? I'm looking for a set too
