I would take $24,500 for the TL-S. I think thats fair considering some local Acura dealers ate asking 26+ on similar mileage Type S's and mine is one of the cleanest if not the cleanest available. Plus its also the rarest color available on the Type S.

lexus premium sound is the default pioneer system. nakamichi is equivalent to the mark levinson in current lexus models and it was an expensive option those times. but worth it if you find one.

I would take the Lexus and drive it care free.
Honestly don't think that the Acura is better in my eyes.
Sell it and save the cash.
By the way my 98 ES300 has 286K miles and it still runs great.

Thats basically my plan with the car is to get a reliable, decent car and save some money. If it werent for the money I would keep the Acura hands down. This is not to put the ES300 down in anyway, but you cant really compare a 10+ year old ES to a top of the line 3rd gen TL-S. They are very different cars and the newer Acura is going to be superior in many, if not all aspects. I will say though for the price you can get them for now there isnt much else out there that can compete with the ES for cost, reliability, and luxury and thats exactly why im looking to purchase one. Will hate to see the Acura go, but its the wise choice to make and I think the ES is a car I can enjoy as well.

You definitely can't go wrong with the ES. They are great reliable, dependable cars that will go the distance. Keep us updated if you did get the ES 300 or not. Good luck...
