Hello all,
First time posting so I apologize ahead of time. I have a 1999 ES 300 with a boatload of miles on it (184+). It has run like a dream until this past cold Minnesota winter. At first I had a timing belt issues. Then a couple months passed and I had a crank shaft issue. Then a battery issue. Finally today (my last straw) I had the check engine light come on again, which has become a bi-monthly occurence. My question is, I don't know what to do, do I keep repairing it, does it just have too many miles to keep going strong. Should I junk it? How do I junk it? etc. I'm pretty lost and this is the only vehicle I have ever had. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say it depends on your sentiment/financial standpoint really.
There's a thread on here with people posting up there mileages and plenty have well over 200k, 250k miles on their cars.
Second, if you can afford a 'minor' repair. [I use the term loosely since most repairs will be cheaper than a newer vehicle downpayment] then keep it!

Id keep it, you can get so many more miles on it. And it does depend on your finacial situation like 01lexpl said. Plus it is in general one of the most reliable cars in my opiniun.

Except for the crankshaft (a position sensor failure is not a big deal though), your issues list ought to be regarded as normal, therefore part of regular maintenance for a 11-year car with 184 K miles. If engine and transmission are good I'd keep it.
