Default 97 ES300 intermittent turn signals?

New poster here...I have searched the forums, and after page 6 of search results, I think I need to just start a new thread. Forgive me if this has already been touched on.

I just purchased a 1997 ES300, and on the way home, I noticed that I had lost my turn signals. Hazards worked just fine, but no right, no left. After a few minutes, they worked again...then no workee.

This sounds like a relay to me, probably sticking, but the wiring diagram doesn't really show me where the relay is located.

Thoughts anyone?

Thanks in advance!
