Default 1992 ES 300 Timing Belt Tension

Hello, I have just finished replacing the water pump on my 1992 ES 300. and now I really can't figure out how I can put the timing belt back on (new one). It is just so tight and I haven't been able to figure out how any of the tensioners work. Any suggestions??

If you have a hydraulic tensioner(like my 95 does) then you have to take it off, put the belt on, and then put tensioner back on. the tensioner looks like this...

Just make sure if you pull it off that you have a C clamp to put the pin back in.
