Well your going to blind oncomming drivers and they are going to provide little to no useable light on the road. I say dont do it, but thats just because I have been into doing retrofits for a long time now and I know what happens when you put HID lighting into a non-HID housing.
But since you asked I would go with some reasonable like stated above. All those crazy blue/purple lights you see on cars these days just look retarded.

Goodluck and congrats on the new purchase!

Yup. He has the OEM HID housings for the low beams. As far as the fogs are concerned, they're low enough to the ground and have a fairly even beam pattern, so they will not blind other drivers.

Don't do the 3000k.

It's sooooooooooo played out. Everyone and their grandma have this...

I'd get an 8000-10000k kit for a more 'vip-ish' look.

Its the fogs he was talking about I know he has the OEM HID headlights but what difference would that make when he is talking about the foglights? lol

^ well i think that was his point.

The fogs are low to the ground.

No one can see the light from those in their windshields anyways. They are only meant to light up the sides of the road.

Btw, i have HID's in halogen housings. I can gladly report the light output i much better than stock, and they are aimed perfectly as to not blind anyone or cause glare.

I have yet to be 'flashed' by oncoming traffic... in over a year with these lights.

I have a 98 ES300 with non HID housing and have 8000k and aimed correctly, I must say the lighting is way much better than the stock halogen bulbs at 55w, my HID is a 35w system. For my fogs I have 6000k at 35w HID. Overall, my lighting at night has greatly increased over stock. Good luck bro.

I vote the 3k, Im sure your stock HID throws plenty of usable light on the road so I would go 3k for the looks and for bad weather

^ haha, someone has the exact setup as me. Except i don't have the capsules, but my yellows are more 'golden' almost. Very distinct at night time due to the 00-01 foglights.
