Is the CV seated properly in the trans? I have a similar problem but when I'm barely accelerating.

Lightbulb Observations

Is it shaking or a noise or a combination of both? My advice to you is start taking notes and keep a "blocked out" driver time log of your observations (Ie: 8am-8:30am = Drive to work, 12pm-1pm = drive on lunch break, 5pm-5:30pm = drive home from work, 7:30pm-9pm = drive to the beach club), these just some examples...

First thing in the morning when the engine compartment is cooler-- is it better? worse? the same? How about in the afternoon? Night? Maybe even consider the weather; Hot/Humid? Hot/Dry? Cool/Dry? Raining/Flooding? Below freezing? etc.

Notice what happens when driving on washboard surfaces? Dips? Bumps? Smooth asphalt? Notice the speed you are traveling when it occurs, the RPMs, turning left, turning right, in reverse-- if there are any sounds do they carry on for a few seconds or are they quick/abrupt? Etc. Etc.

Completely turn off the head unit and remove anything in your car that could be making noise (Ie: stuff rolling around, cd cases, things in the door compartments, center console, glove box, trunk, secure any tools/jack in the trunk, back seat, rear floor, in the door handles etc.) Try listening with the windows up, windows down-- drive parallel to a large long solid brick/block wall with the windows down--do you notice any sounds bounce off the surface back to your ears?

Make a detailed log and then share your perceptions with a mechanic and even the forums. Good luck mang...

Regards,
Ryan

If a symptom occurred AFTER you worked on a particular part, then I would suggest you re-visit that area of your vehicle and ensure that you re-assembled everything correctly.

Another thing to check for is poor quality/defective replacement parts.

Good luck
