Anyone know how to remove the center brake light assy? What's i've found simply says to pull it forward. That seems to be a little trickier than it sounds. I can't get it loose from the back deck. I'm thinking there's a trick to it.

Nope! Just it just pulls off. If you can't get it the carefully try to use a flat head to pry it off

It's just held on by plastic clips, so just pull it off with some slight twisting force or use a flat head screw driver.

I used something with a 90 degree hook on the end (like a coat hanger) to pry under the corners of the plastic brake light housing and pull it forward - first on one side and then the other until the housing came loose.
