Default Car pulls to Right AND to Left need help!!!

Hey everyone,

Just had the shop put on a new rack and pinion, tie rod ends and Lower Control Arms and Lower Ball Joints. My 98 ES300 has 160k miles and everything in the front wore out. It was bad.
Now here is the problem. When I turn the wheel to the right, the car pulls right, then when i turn it to the left, it pulls to the left. Its not just a little pull, its a HUGE pull. If I were to let go of the wheel, id crash for sure.

The shop has aligned it 3 times and it wont stick. They think the rack might be bad, but the rack is brand new. Any ideas?

If the shop sourced the parts for you then I am sure that they will find a replacement and take care of it for you.

Don't let too much time lag as most shops only offer 1-3 month warranties on labor. Wouldn't want you to have to come out of pocket on labor to replace a warrantied part.

Good luck
