Hi all,

I've been searching through the forums and have had a hard time finding anything for the ES330. My driver side door mirror got hit and is busted. I am ordering a replacement but wanted to see if someone here knew how to replace it? Do you have to take apart the door to get to the bolts/wire harness? There's a triangular peice of molding on the inside that I don't know how to take off.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
