'94, 170k
Only 170k on my '94 ES300.
I just bought it last week and love it. I got it from a trusted friend; no worries on the upkeep. All records, all scheduled maintainence. I'm confident I'll put the next 200k on it with little major work, if any. (I'm sending the instrument cluster off for lighting, though.)
I took a guy from work for a ride. He said "...it looks like a rich person's car..." and that he'd consider buying one if it was this nice. This from a guy who's owned only pick-ups for the past 20+ years.

My '95 ES has 162,200 miles. It runs wery well, has no leaks and only uses about 1/3 of a quart of oil between changes. My wife's '97 ES has 157,600 miles, runs even better than mine and also has no leaks and only uses about 1/3 of a quart of oil between changes.

400K as of this morning!
That is in kilometers which is the equivalent of 248,548 miles.
......and she is still running like new. One thumbs-up for every 100k !
(Sorry 'bout the dusty camera lens)

1996 ES300 with 155,648 miles. Runs absolutely like a new car. Uses NO oil between oil changes (5k intervals), and still gets 30 mpg on the highway. Best $1900 I ever spent!
