Just sold my 1994 ES with 133,000 on it - engine still purrs and did 90 mph on I-45 with no problem. It broke my heart to let her go to a college student, but replaced her with a 2001 ES with only 55,000 miles in showroom condition.
(Yes had the Valve Covers removed to check for sludge; it was immaculate)

Love my new ES - but wish I could find out how to turn that damn Auto Volume Control off on the Stereo System !!! Great sound system in the car,
but the volume auto-leveller can be annoying.

 

I just bought my first Lexus about a month ago. 2001 ES300. 32000 miles extremely clean. Nice car I love it.

 

110k on the '03, and just hit 70k on the '01. Both going strong.

My dad's 2000 ES300 is at 94K miles. And still have to do the 90K service...
Just broke 170K in the Legend! Yea!

 

Ours is up to 167,000 miles now. Still running great.

 

95 ES300 with 206,000 miles. Wife bought it preowned in 1996 and drove it for almost 10 years, and I've been driving it for the past 5. Still runs great. Front seats are starting to rip. Paint still looks incredible for a 15 year old car - looks like a 5 year old car - super job Lexus. Had the transmission rebuilt at 120K miles due to improper towing after a minor accident. Mostly minor repairs and maintenance over the years. I hope to keep it another 5 years. Dealer service while my wife drove it, and now mostly DIY and indy. Learned a ton from these forums!

 

1993 checking it at 226,000 miles.

My 1998 Lexus ES300 just turned over to 128,000 and still drives great! Yippee!!

 

'95 with 163,000. Runs great and i hope to take it far into the 200's

 

With preventative maintenance you'll be able to take your ES far into the 300's easily...

Got my 1999 ES300 in show room condition in september with 97k kms on it or 60k miles on it. Now sittin at a pretty 98k km or 61k miles. Love it

 

a 99 with 60k miles?? god damn they must of never drove that car

 

I know!! I got it from a friend who works at the dealership and he showed me all the service records. 1 owner a retired doctor and he was buying a brand new ES and wanted to trade it in but the dealership wasn't going to give him the price he wanted so I paid the difference and couldnt have been happier!!!
