Hey guys just quick question, to save myself some time Im taking my 99 ES to dealership for FREE diagnosis to check my Engine codes. I ran the codes the other day and P0171 came up system too lean but dont want to bug everyone with this same question which has been asked quite a few times and of course searched the fourm and done a little research could be MAF or O2 but not sure which bank or before I shell out money on possible MAF or 02 thought id just let the dealer check my car for FREE and just say NO when they try to rip me off with them replacing the MAF or 02 cause I can of course do it all that myself. But just want to know why more ppl dont just do this? or is there a catch? I told the service lady pretty much I know the prob but just want to make sure, so just thought Id let them use their $10,000 machines and just tell me whats wrong in a report and ill just do it myself. And for some reason I wasent able to talk to a Tech b/c they cant leave the shop cause their working all day just to ansewer a couple questions...

But have appointment tommorow at 9am so hope I can get a few ansewers from yall cause ive never even been to the dealer cause done it all myself and thanks to searching the fourm and all yalls help never had too
