Transmission Issue?
The past couple of months, I have noticed several changes in the way my transmission acts on my 94 es300.
First: When going from park to drive or reverse, I hear a loud pop coming from the front of the vehicle as it shifts. Does any one have any idea what could be causing this and how it can be fixed?
Second: When driving between 15 and 30 MPH I hear a ringing noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Does anyone know what this is and how it can be fixed?

The pop, or clank you hear could be due to a worn out transmission mount, or engine mount.
In terms of your second issue, you will need to do some additional detective work.
A) while driving and hearing that whistle sound put the car in neutral, and see what happens.
B) under the same conditions, turn the engine off. See what happens (make sure it's safe when you do that)

On the first issue, I found out this it is indeed the engine mounts. It looks like they have collapsed. Is this an easy part to replace?
On the second issue, after driving around and switching the car from drive to neutral, I only hear it when accelerating in drive. Any idea what it could be?
