Leaking A Lot of Oil!

Default Leaking A Lot of Oil!

Just this morning i went to take my brother to school and i just notice that there was a lot of oil spots and major ones like a big *** splash on some cardboard i put underneath my car anybody experience the leaking oil problem?

your lex is how old? i had oil spots too so i replaced my valve gaskets and it was fixed. mine is 95 btw, w/ 93K miles

The valve cover gaskets would be a good place to start, these needed to be replaced on mine too. The back one leaked onto the exhaust, so you'd get a burning oil smell once in a while.

yep, i have to agree with these gentlemen, it very well may be the valve gaskets, i had the same problem with my dad's ES. Burning smell, oil spots, etc. If i remember right, i think it was somewhere between $2-400 to have it fixed.
