so i wake up and get ready for wrk and i turn on my car and its starts clicking so i thing that my battery is dead so i go buy another battery and it does the same thing so then i go buy a new starter and it is still not turning over its just clicking and smoke is comeing from the battery the lights turn of everything turns on except for the car i am lost on this one what do u think this mite be i am out of work until i can get this car running so some out there pls help thanks for everything

Might be your alternator. Try hitting the alternator with a broom stick real hard and see if it cranks.

Connections/Ground could be bad.

Check the fuse box in the engine bay. Look for the mini 15amp EFI fuse, check if its ok. Components to check: Alternator, camshaft position sensor(this sensor gets drenched with motor oil and could cause a short on the connector), Igniter, Ignition coils. This list is a good starting point, but first determine if you're getting spark.
