2004 ES-330 replacment of head light bulbs in housings
I just replaced the head lamp bulbs in my ES-330. It was a bear getting the replacment lamps into the light assembly. In doing so I messed up the alignment of the headlights. Both are pointing somewhere into outer space. No where near to where they used to be. Anyone give me some tips on re-alignment of the headlights ? I would rather take a stab at it myself then having to pay the dealer. Are there any tricks to doing this ?

It sounds like the bulbs are not seated in the housing properly. Check the bulb seating as aligment adjustment is made on a threaded screw and just pusing on the inner housing shouldnt affect it unless you broke the mounts, or the bulb is not seated right.
Did you transfer the plastic bulb base from the old bulb to the new bulb before installing??
