93 ES 300 runs rough on cold start
Just bought a 1993 ES 300 5 speed. Runs very rough on cold starts, and almost seems like a lack of power while driving. Already replaced plugs and wires and fuel filter. Does drive better after warming up, but still runs rough when starting cold. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

"Does drive better after warming up" I read this to mean that it is still running rough. Did you gap the plugs before installing them? Also did you read the old plugs?
Anytime you replace the plugs, it is a good idea to check the old ones. The color of the insulator ( down from the tip ) will give you a good indication of the mixture. It will also tell you if you have a sticking injector. When you have the plugs out, you can also check compression.
The last thing that you can do is listen to the injectors. A mechanics stethoscope is your best bet. Harbor freight sells a decent one for app $5. Between compressions check, and reading the plugs, you will probably find out why it is running poorly.
