Can do a projector retrofit I've done a few it's not that difficult. Hardest part for me was making sure I didn't trap any dust inside when I resealed the housings.

yeah i mean i havent really driven the car just yet, because i cant get to the dmv until the 28th, which is INSANE, i own a detailing business, so i polished her up today, and the burgundy im not sure what the paint code is yet, but god its beautiful, everything works perfectly in the car, and its a fully loaded es300, i have reason to believe i could possibly sell it for a good bit more than i paid for it, but i wanna enjoy the car for a while before i do that. so i guess my question too you would be, have you experienced the normal reflector xeon hid's? do you think they are good enough so the projectors wont be needed? i wont know for myself for a bit until at least the passenger ballast comes in. i would also like to have yellow fog lights, and maybe get 6500k bulbs for it to have the lights as bright as they can possibly be without going insanely overboard, and i love the blueish light look that alot of the newer cars have even though this one is already pretty close to that, im amazed at how advanced this car is for an 02, lexus really must have been on the cutting edge of pioneering this stuff. im starting too understand why so many people love these and the avalon.

I own a 2002 es 300.. when i bought the car a year ago the headlights were oxidized and the left ballast had gone out. The stock HID bulb in this is pretty modern looking at will Shine bright and blue..ish... I was considering replacing the whole headlight to update the front end look however, after doing a good de oxidization job and replacing my ballast with a 30$ aftermarket ballast. 8 months later the lights look extremely better and no other adjustment is necessary. I would recommend simply installing new ballast and a basic de oxidization.. took me maybe 30 minutes to remove headlight and swap out.. can literally use all the tools location in trunk set. Just that little job made a world of a difference. The 02 is a great car.. especially if you get the black interior!.
