Just thought I'd let everyone know that I sold my '96 ES today. It was kind of sad to see the guy drive off in it after all the time and work I've put into it and all the memories that I had with it. It will be missed. I don't think the ES was that great of a car, but I still thought it was pretty cool, atleast after I sat the unibody frame on the ground. Anyway, I'll still drop in the board from time to time to see what's going on.

Sorry to hear that you sold the ES, I hope it ends up in a good home, your car looked awesome. Any ideas on what your next car will be?

Your ES was actually the first ES that made me want to actually do something to mine. I first saw it way back on streetsourcemag.com.. How much did the guy get it from you for?

Holy crap, I just visited your website. You had it for only $10,000! Only if I could've bought it.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. I sold the car for the $10,000 I was asking. Pretty much gave it away. As for what I will get next...I will concentrate on completing my long-time project of my '94 Ford Ranger. It will drag doors with 20's and air bag suspension when I'm done. It's my real project. The ES was just something to mess with while my truck was torn down in the shop. I ended up messing with it more than I ever imagined. My wife and I also each have Honda Civics that we play with in the mean time. They are really fun to drive.

The guy that bought my car lives about 2 hours away in Charleston, SC. He says he plans to repaint it with some candy. I don't know, I'm kind of scared to see what he will do with it. Not to mention, he didn't know much about hydraulic suspension either. You never know. Guess we'll see.
