It's definitely doable, I'm sure any shop that installs stereos would have no problem. They do something similar when you get satellite radio installed.
I personally wouldn't do it, the best antennas are the old-school retractable ones, much better reception. It seems like only cars that were designed from the factory to have the window antennas actually pull in a decent reception, but they still are not as good as a trusty antenna.
I had a classic car that I put one of those "hideaway antennas" in with a modern stereo, and I was lucky if I pulled in a handful of radio stations. I had to listen to CDs or MP3s, most local stations had way too much static.
