I am at the shop to get the following done: change the power steering ( they said there is sludge in there as well so getting it flushed as well). I'm putting in two new tires and getting them aligned. I'm also getting all 4 brakes and rotors changed. I'm also getting oil change and they are providing mobile 1 oil and filter.
What would be a reasonable price for labor? I brought all the parts except for the oil and filter. They said about 560, is this reasonable?

1997 Lexus es300. Yea it makes noise. The noise started after I replaced the high pressure hose this summer and they told me that the power steering pump needed to be replaced.

Are you sure you need all 4 brakes and rotors changed? Usually it's only the front, the rears usually last a LONG time.
I remember being livid when my father told me the Mercedes dealership told him his car needed ALL 4 brake rotors. He bought the car new and it only had around 25,000 Miles. It was an estimate for around $1,200. Complete Bull****, the rears probably had another 3-5 years on them easy.

I still have to break them in but brembo plain rotors and akebono brake pads seemed to be a good combo so far.
