Heres a small clip, hopefully you can hear it clear, but i hear this annoying sound usually driving at slower speeds. Usually driving over anything that is uneven. I just replaced the struts but that didnt do anything.

Personally, I would check the lug nuts on the wheels. The low speed vibration/thump sounds like a wheel wobbling around. I'm betting you have a loose wheel.

If they are all at torque spec (IIRC it is like 98ft/lb), I would then inspect the tires very carefully. The sound is very predictable (like each time a tire rotates). You may have a radial belt which broke. Does the sound come from the front or rear?

probably not the tires/wheels entirely at fault, but did you replace the strut mounts?

Those go bad after a while since the grease dries up and dissipates with time causing a bit of a metal on metal clunking sound during bumps and whatnot.

My guess would be a loose wheel cause that is a lot of noise. Possibly a damaged rim, or a a defective tire.

The strut mount would also make noise if it was not replaced, but it would not cause THAT noise. It is way too loud.
