Default 2002 ES300 Hot starting issues

Vehicle starts perfectly when dead cold and also starts when hot if restarted within say 5-10 minutes although when hot if it sits for 20 minutes or longer it takes a good 6-7 seconds of cranking for engine to start and sometimes chugs for a second when started

Replaced Spark plugs
Injectors removed and sonic cleaned with new seals (tested to leak down)
Replaced fuel filter and all seals
Replaced fuel pressure regulator in tank

I understand this model does not run a ISCV as per previous model.

Any ideas ?

You replace the spark plug wires? I know my 93 es was acting a little like that. It actually wouldnt start after I turned the car off and tryed to start again only after a few min. I did spark plugs and it helped a little then decided to do wires too and it starts everytime now no matter what. I bought NGK plugs and wires.
