Ooops! (with a capitol "O"). Removed the timing belt and thought the marks were aligned but went out the next morning and the rear cam is actually about 2 o'clock of the reference mark on the housing. The front cam and crank are on there mark. With the belt removed and with the least invasive method how do i determine TDC and synch all three?

So you're saying the bank1 cam jumped/shifted? (probably due to compression or valve spring pressure). All you have to do is line up the cam with mark on the housing (see pic) and install the belt.
Are you re-using the belt or replacing it? If you are replacing it, the belt will have marks on it which make things much easier. If you are re-using, you should have placed marks on the belt.
