How can an intake and exhaust give us 80 hp? What are our cars stock - about 250 hp? There's no way we gain 25% hp just by getting our cars to breathe better ( unless we force-feed 'em with a good turbo). I'm also curious how you got 350 hp Dplan.

There is no way intake and exhaust will increase power by 80hp.
350hp? The auto tranny would be ripped to shreds if you had that much power. Something doesn't add up.
HP numbers stock:
1994-1996 188hp
1997-1998 200hp
1999-2001 210hp
I believe these numbers are right.![Uhh...](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/1387914497.gif)
I know there was supercharger kit available for the 1MZ engine. Don't know if they make it anymore.

The 350 is a ruff estamit i have a Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake a Flowmaster super 40 Series Muffler with the big TRD Supercharger witch was hard to find an didnt fit exactly so i did some modifications an i got it off of ebay with a bigger fuel pump, injectors, pullies etc. the trany doesnt get ripped to shreds cuz it got taken apart an stuffed full of new heaver dutie gears and fly wheel and drive shaft to handle the power (after being rewelded a couple times back together) and plus the boost isnt all the way up.... but no one has answered my question is there a match standard trany for this year an model??? thanks

Ok that makes more sense now. I knew the stock tranny couldn't handle power like that. With all the mods I would say you are putting out about 300hp and maybe 260-270 at the wheels. Hard to say though. You should dyno it and post up the results.
The 1992 and 1993 ES300s came with a 5 speed manual. But this wasn't the 1mz engine. I don't know what other Toyota manual gearboxes work. Maybe the others might.
Could you post up a few pics of your current setup? I am interested to see it. Also from my understanding you cannot supercharge a vvti 1mz. That means yours is a pre 1999, right?

regarding the 5spd it's do-able... buddy converted his 95-ish ES300 to a 5sp using the manual from the camry... it was messed though since all the switches [reverse bulbs] didn't work and we're a PITA to figure out the wiring... So i don't see why it wouldn't work in the '01, you'd need a 5spd from a 98-01 Camry...
lol I guess my sarcasm didn't work. I don't have either of those 'mods' since they will generate 1-3HP *if lucky* i can probably get that back if not more by doing a tune-up! LOLZ
^ You can... but it requires machining the intake somehow for the SC to work with the VVTI motors.
regardless, OP, you aren't making that power. Many people have tried with the infamous MR2 V6 swap.
But don't take my work for it; http://mr2wiki.com/MKII/3vzfeTRDSC
*explains why so few we're made.
Here's a thread showing the graph of HP #'s at the crank, that kit, if it were running the smallest pulley [and bigger fuel pump/injectors/tune/ecu] it would only be making an *ideal* ~340hp 2 the crank... exhaust won't add anything so OP does not in fact, have a 350hp car.

I'm usually pretty nice on thee forums, but im calling bull ****, sorry. 350 to an es300? even with your modifications, same year gs430's are having a hard time maintainign 300 horses. So back to you question, don't do it its stupid and pointless and in the end you won't do it

your right it shouldnt fit my motor thats y i had to make a few modifications to get it to work along with modifing the air intake to fit the SC and is has a 5.5 psi pully that helps alil bit on power idk how much exactly horse i have i just estimated it around 350 cuz i was runnig low 7 to high 7s on a 1/8 mile an i think it would b pretty close to complete if i cn make it standard. even though it is a luxury sedan
