misfires FIXED now have p0446 and p0420 HELP

misfires FIXED now have p0446 and p0420 HELP
ok so i have two new knock sensors a new front wheel speed sensor $1200.
then this did not fix the problem i was having so I replaced the OCV myself. yes me. haha!
now issues on misfire anymore but i now have codes p0446 AND P0420 coming up. i bought a code reader and the inspection/ maintence all pass as okay.... any ideas?????
you guys fixed my frist problem so i am listening!

Not sure on the P0446 code.
I myself had a misfire on my old 01 ES. Had to change the coils. Shortly after it was fixed I got the infamous 420 code, which is the cat.
Most likely going to have to replace your cat.
