This is what I got when I search for "radio bulb" in the ES300 section: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sea...archid=5763265

You can do a similar search for information on replacing the shift indicator bulb -- don't know if you mean the one on the console or the one in the dash cluster. I know from experience that replacing the bulb in the console requires disassembling the shift indicator around the gear shift. It's not necessary to remove the shift lever -- just pull the shift indicator surround up the shift lever shaft a little to get get to the parts underneath. The bulb is pretty well buried but it will be obvious how to replace it when you see it.

the shift indicator bulb is a ***** to get at - but not impossible.

I changed mine to an LED, it is a #74 bulb and very common on eBay & parts stores.

As far as the radio button back lights go, I purchased some 8v leds on-line and plan on repairing mine soon. You should have some experience in desoldering and soldering. If not, maybe you have a friend who can help. There is diy info on this site.

the link in post #2 does not work for me. i have read the threads and searched but can not find the step by step diy on replacing the radio back lighting. does it require a 8v led?

i did see where someone had someone else replace the back lighting, looked great but there was no details on leds used or voltage or anything.
