Default Where to buy Tachometer and Speedometer indicator guages (the needles)?

My 92 ES300 is still running great. However, the Tachometer and Speedometer indicator guages are out (the light on the needles). I could not see how fast I'm driving, especially at night. I called Lexus dealers, all they have is a complete package which costs about $650-$700. I do not need the whole package. All I need are two indicator guages (needles). Does anyone know where to get them and their prices (of course beside the Lexus dealers)?

From reading a lot of threads on this topic, it sounds like changing the pointers yourself is easier said than done. Something to do about two tiny springs that hold the electrical contacts for the pointers. I do see salvaged instrument clusters, I'm not sure what that does to the odometer reading (I know on BMW, the odo stores itself elsewhere in the car, to prevent tampering and keeping the reading the same if a new cluster is installed.
Somebody should go into business fixing these things, it sounds like a common complaint on earlier models (hop over to the SC300/400 forums and you'll see the same problems). I know there's a company that fixes the LCD display on the climate controls, but I haven't seen anyplace that fixes the "Optitron" pointers.

I had my cluster replaced in my old car, it was about $500 for everything to be replaced with the lights behind the cluster. I don't know where you heard about the 650 700 dollar amount, but my dealer is much cheaper, with the installation
