Default original oem wheel hubcaps

okey idk if its me but why are the center hubcaps so hard to put on these rims? could it be i need new ones?

They are like that. If it doesn't fit, rotate it and try again. You'll get it in the end

I have I've tried them everyway some 2 of then went on easy but you can hear them move when ur driving on bumpy roads and 2 of the other ones are on tight and make no noise

For those, a rubber mallet works quite well in my experience lol. The chattering is from them not seated properly. You can attribute that to weather fluctuation since hot/cold expands and shrinks plastic pieces pretty well. To remove the chatter, put some foam between the wheel and the caps.
