Yeah, one of mine is broken, it is supposed to be the meter that tells what level is for the headlights to be aimed left and right. That is the left/right aiming device, the up and down one is just below that and is long and metal, has no plastic on it...

UPDATE
on saturday, i went to a local shop to adjust my headlights and they said there was nothing i could do about it till i get those things fixed. they if they adjust it, and i turn the car on, it's gonna try to level out, and since those things are broken, it's just gonna go all the way down again.
are they lying?
in any case, i'm gonna try another place next week.
if anyone can tell me how i can adjust it myself, that'd be great.
it sucks cause i can't see that far down the road.
