Okay, I know I should go searching, but I am at work currently and cant go all around looking. In the morning it unlocked and locked fine, but then when I came back from buying lunch, the remote does not work, the car still beeps when I click unlock and lock, but just the locks do not go, i have a feeling its a fuse, anyone have this happen to them before?

If you hit unlock twice do all the doors (except the drivers) unlock? If it's just the drivers door, it may need a door lock.

If none of the doors unlock I'd say check the fuses. Also see if the power lock button on the inside yields the same result to confirm if it's a fuse for the power locks or the lock actuator on that particular door.
Good luck.......

To be more specific - it might need the actuator.

Well here is what is happening, the car will lock it self constantly, even when the car is locked and running. When you press the cars unlock button it does nothing, but when you click lock it works. For the remote it makes the car beeps when you press lock but nothing happens and when you click unlock it does absolutely nothing. Have not had time to check the fuses yet plus its raining like crazy lately. Any idea guys?
