Roll down streaks?

I was wondering if there's a way to get rid of the chunks of remaining that is left from rolling down my windows from the inside and outside of my car. The water left and the fog on my windows. Sorry if this is re-posted but I don't know what it's called. Thanks guys

I hate this too!
Its shows up that much more on my tint since its the reflective kind so the inside of the cabin is a copper color. In the winter you can't go 30 secs without developing these streaks. *i open/close my windows sometimes to 'clean' them as i drive from snow.
The only thing you can do is wipe it down every now and again.
