Yeah, I just picked the taillights, because I had to single out a minor thing to nitpick, it's because not much else really shows it's age. Like EGainer said, I think the fastidious condition I keep my car in leads people to think it's newer, most people don't recognize the different body styles' places in time.
And I do like the low-slung appearance, especially in the front with the aggressive looking air dam. I parked head-on with an 02 Camry the other day, and that thing sat a few inches higher. Not just a higher roofline, the steering wheel was mucher higher off the ground than my '96 ES.
