My suspension is shot and looking to replace and also maybe spend a little extra money to put something in that'll help performance.

All depends on what you are wanting to do next. There are many ways to go about this, plus also, how much are you willing to spend and what direction are you looking to go as far as the look of your car. If you got the money, the best bang for your buck would be coilovers, good for changing ride height and good for stiff suspension for the performance you crave. Just know, this model isnt known for its speed and performance, unless you have a supercharger in it for speed. Anyways, coilovers allow you to change your ride height and ride stiffness at any time. Coilovers start at around $900 dollars. Good luck bro.

changed over to KYB struts at four corners and a rear heavy Camry sway bar btr39, it change everything.

no more floaty boat feeling and much less body lean in the turns, am happy with the change and it was not a ton of money.

Good ride and better handling.

What kind of ride do you get from coilovers? I was thinking of getting a kit. I'm all about the "old man" ride for my ES, I don't like a firm ride.

Am I better off just going OEM, or can you dial the ride down on coilovers to give it a stock feel?

Coilovers can be adjusted to different levels of dampening, so basically yes.

thanks for the replys guys. Much appreciated. I have to say you hit the nail on the head with the boat comment. That is definitely what it feels like try to take a corner above 20mph, so I have to say your advice sounds like a good idea. Do you have a rough estimate of what doing both those things would cost?
