Default Oil level light

Hey My oil level is fine but my light keeps coming on. What's the problem??? Need help

It's possible that you just have a bad fuse.

no not that I've noticed the temp on the guage by the speedometer is normal

My engine oil level light kept coming on so I took it to the dealer \
and they said it was the oil pressure sensor. The part cost $380 and to install $540. I asked the service mgr guy was it really necessary, and of course he says" well you need to know your oil level"??? So in my mind I don't think its necessary. What do you think???? I know you know! EGainer? but I did get the oil changed

Watch out for some of that crap the dealer tells you, I had that same problem with my '94 ES and one dealer told me the same thing. I then took it to another dealer and he said that sometimes it can trick-out if it gets warm or hot, other times if another wire can move it out of place - and he looked at it and fixed it for free!
