I need to know if anyone has a Diagram for the serpentine belt for an es 300 platinum (2000). I also need to locate the tensioner kind of confusing the way it was explained to me, can anyone help.

I think you might be looking for the timing belt, not serpentine. I believe your engine is very similar to the 3.3 in my 330, therefore it is under the timing belt cover and resembles a metal tube about an inch in diameter and 4" long with a 3" rod smaller than a pencil sticking out of the end. It pushes on an idler pulley that provides tension into the timing belt.
Have you taken your car apart to the point you can get at the timing belt yet?

Thanks Matt and Doc there is no tensioner for the serpentine belt it's like an old school charger you loosen the pivot bolt on the alternator and loosen a secondary bolt it has on to adjust the alternator. Thanks though it was not the timing chain.
