Fast gear shifting? how to get rid of

hello guys

i own a lexus es300 1997

so ive done the tutorial which shows you how to adjust transmission for fast shifting

well i wanted to re adjust it for slower shifting ( like the original )

so i put everything like it was before

but the problem that the car still shift with full kick down at 4000 rpm @ first gear( where originally its shifts at ~6000 rpm)

so anyone know how to fix that ?
