Hey, so i was wondering if anyone has bought the switch blade key from ebay and has got it to work. I ordered it and it looks nice and all but i need to get it cut and the only one that cuts the key is a dealership. $62.50 for a key cut pathetic. Anyways i wanted to know if it is worth getting the key cut or not.

I've heard mixed stories about those keys. The plastic isn't as strong as OEM so people I know bring it out when they want to show off. Whether or not it is the same case for you is unknown

well i got the key and the transponder fits... its just that i need to know if i get the key cut and if it will work

Oh, its been successful. Camry guys do it all the time and some Lexus guys have it. I've seen them around before
