Hey Folks.
Just purchased a 2001 es300 with 130k miles. Great car. Great ride. Obviously it has a few issues. When I turn the steering wheel in either direction, it makes a whining noise. Checked the power steering fluid and it was a little low so I topped it off. No help. any one have any suggestions?

Did u try this link..i had similar problem . Checked the steering fluids too ..maybe u need silicone spray
