10mm spacers all around due to the ****ty IS300 offsets and wheel widths.

Yes, you need the spacers and likely new lugs. 10MM should do it.

The stock lugs that come with the 15" rims will fit, but they just look goofy since they're a bit longer than the lugs that came with the IS300. They will fit, but they just stick out. A lot.

Without spacers, the wheel will rub against the strut. As far as spacers, it's really up to you. Some people will say that they're unsafe, others don't have any issue with them. Just make sure you get quality spacers and mount them correctly.

Like I said, and others before me... you will NEED spacers. The wheel will rub against the strut if you don't have spacers.

I have IS300 rims on my 98 es300 for 2+ years. I don't use spacers and there is no rubbing.

Spacers all around. Yes, the stock lugs on from the ES will stick out and look stupid. Off to Lexus for the shorter lugs that fit the IS wheels.
