Flex Pipe Rotted
Hey guys,
I have a 1997 ES300 with a noise starting to come from the mid-pipe flex pipe. I put over the pit to verify that it was only the exhaust flex pipe and nothing else. I checked this by cutting some of the stainless steel braiding back and there were definitely a ton of small holes in it.
My question is:
What is the overall length of this piece and what is the diameter. I wrapped a string around it and calculated it at 2.37 inch, but I'm not sure that is correct and I want to buy the right one. I'd measure it again, but I don't have a lift or a pit at school, and home is 3 hours away :/
Could someone provide me with the correct dimensions of the flex pipe?
Thanks guys!
